Approach

Our approach centers on cornflower as the scent and story anchor, chosen for its clean, understated botanical character. Blume avoids a loud floral punch and instead leans into a mild, green, slightly sweet profile that hints at fresh hay, clover, and a subtle aquatic freshness.

This softness adds natural depth and balance, pairing well with notes like oats, hazelnut, or vetiver. The result is a quietly luxurious, nature-led scent with an effortless unisex appeal.

Visualization

Blume draws from a European appreciation for flowers, centered on the cornflower, admired for its elegant form, distinctive presence, and symbolism of natural beauty and life’s completeness. Rendered in an Art Nouveau-inspired composition, the illustration features intricate ornamental curves and flowing botanical details, paired with a soft grey–light turquoise ground and hand-sketched linework.
